Bikram Yoga
is an athletic, demanding, 26 pose (asana) series conducted in a heated room. The heat warms the body, allowing for deeper, safer, more complete work, changing the body both inside and out. The class, a 90-minute format for all levels, beginner to experienced, is designed to develop your personal health by balancing strength and flexibility, preventing illness and injury, improving circulation and reducing stress.
