* No first timers, please.  ^75 minute class.    

·        Private Classes Are Available in both studios.

Bikram, Vinyasa, and Power yoga classes are 90 minutes.  Silent, Level 2, and the 6:15pm Power Yoga classes are 75 minutes.   All classes done in a heated studio.    

Please be prompt, workout on an empty stomach, and bring water to class.

The use of a sticky mat and a towel is required for class. Bring your own or you may rent them at the studio. Water and sticky mats may also be purchased at our studio
